When you send an email or upload a document, you can run it through the accessibility checker to inspect for any potential issues. All you have to do is click Check Accessibility on the Review tab, then just fix the errors that appear in the inspection generator. This is available in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

This is a fun new feature available for PowerPoint. Just click the Draw tab and scribble away on your title.
Enhanced Group Sharing
You can invite others to join a certain group in Outlook. All you need to do is share an embedded link that’s included in your email.
Improved Google Security for Macs
You can integrate your Gmail account into outlook. Just open the outlook app, then click Add Account. After you enter in your password and login information, open your Gmail to confirm the integration. This makes it easier for you to access your messages from a single platform.
Do Not Disturb
You can set your outlook notifications on “Do Not Disturb” mode during certain times. This temporarily turns off your email alerts. This is the perfect solution for limiting distractions. You can access this feature on any Android device.
